Partner and Family Law Mediator
Aislin Fay joined Laufer, Dalena, Jensen & Doran, LLC in September 2025, following a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Patricia J. O’Dowd, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County, Family Part and the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County, Civil Division. During her clerkship, Aislin worked on a wide range of matrimonial cases as well as other complex family law matters involving domestic violence and the Division of Child Protection and Permanency. Additionally, Aislin had the unique opportunity to work on Civil Division matters at the end of her clerkship.
Aislin received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice and English from the University of Maryland in May 2020.
Thereafter, Aislin attended Rutgers Law School where she graduated in May 2024. During law school, she was a member of her school's Student Bar Association, Family Law Association, and the Rutgers Women’s Law Forum. Aislin also served as Co-Chair of the Dean’s Student Advisory Committee. Further, Aislin was the Senior Articles Editor of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter and served as a Clinical Law Student for the Education and Health Law Clinic in which she assisted families and their children with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to advocate for appropriate educational services and support.
Aislin is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey. She is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Morris County Bar Association.
