Issenman, hosted by Dr. Amie Wolf Mehlman, at Neros restaurant in Livingston, NJ in the presence of 42 attorneys and psychologists on the Relocation of Children from the State of New Jersey, Parental Alienation, and Parent Coordinators.

  • January 23, 2012Alexis N. Laufer joined the Battered Women’s Legal Advocacy Project (BWLAP), which is an organization that provides pro bono attorneys to represent victims of domestic violence in court to obtain a Final Restraining Order (“FRO”) against their abusers. Kim Gronau Boyd and Emily Carstensen continue to represent pro bono clients through this program.
  • November 14, 2011 – John J. Harper, J.S.C. (Ret.) presented before the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators at its Annual Meeting and before its Employment Mediators Interest Group on Mediator and Attorney Ethics.
  • January 18, 2012Emily Carstensen and Alexis N. Laufer joined Morris County’s first Self Help Resource Center, which provides self represented litigants with access to experienced family law attorneys who assist them in preparing Family Court pleadings.
  • January 2012 Emily Carstensen was appointed by the Morris County Superior Court to act as a Early Settlement Panelist for Family Law cases.
  • September 2011 Christine M. Dalena obtained her Certification in Collaborative Divorce Law.

  • February 8, 2011Jennifer L. McInerney argued a seminal case on Relocation of children outside of the State of New Jersey before the New Jersey Supreme Court in September 2010.
